Aquasoft E-20S is a READY PIGMENT CLEAR PASTE & EW-30 is a READY PIGMENT WHITE PASTE with self-linked acrylic emulsion, none APEO content and none formaldehyde to be used in ‘ Textile Pigment Printing Process’ which has all round durability, including good washing fastness, high opaque white, and excellent soft hand feel. It has good compatibility with all pigment colors and high color yield in multi-color print.

• No side effect on binder itself, after mixing.
• Extremely good opacity on dark ground fabric.
• No harmful or distracting odors in the work place.

Guidance:
 

• Ready to use, directly print as a white or add pigment resin colors to get ready color printing solution.
• To achieve white opacity effect on medium to dark ground fabric, we recommend making two screens with different mesh count. For example, 1st screen with 47T and 2nd screen with 61T or above, soft hand feel and coverage can be achieved at the same time.
• It is workable for wet on wet printing process while go for color separation process. Under coat is required by Aquasoft EW-30, and then colors can be mixed with Aquasoft E-20S.
• To meet superior wash and crocking durability, adding Add. Xlinker JF 2-4% by weight is necessary.
• Viscosity might be dropped with more pigment dosage; Additive Emulsifier R is a type of thickening agent for increase of viscosity.
• Curing: 140~160℃ x 2-3 minutes.

Precautions:
 

• Keep the screen in the flooded position while print stops. Or, go for screen wash during a temporary stop.
• Containers must maintain air-tight seal while not in use.
• Avoid direct skin, eyes contact and wash with detergent when job is done.
• Any application not referred in this Product Information should be Pre-tested or consulted with Primus Technical Service Prior to Print.

Printing Parameters:

	100% Cotton/Poly Cotton/Blended		Cure: 150℃-160℃ x 2-3 minutes
	Durometer: 60-70  Edge: Rounded or Sharp		110-200 t/in(41-77 t/cm)
	Additive Xlinker JF 2-4% by weight.	​	5-40℃ Use within one year of receipt. Avoid exposing under direct sunlight. Keep drums sealed tight at all times
