Bond GT-50R

Details:

Bond GT-50R, the strongest foil adhesive, is formulated with thermoplastic polyurethane resin compound with high strength of polyamide thermal powder to achieve the highest washing durability performance. The most shinny effect can be fully presented after heat pressed with foil paper and its surface is very evenly without seeing fabric texture. Moreover, Bond GT-50R has a very good elasticity property that helps foil bounce back without cracks.

Guidance:

Choose screen mesh around 80-120 t/in count (31-47 t/cm). For sharp angle, 120t/in is recommended.
Print at least 2-3 coats of the ink to ensure ink deposit is enough before heat press process. Drying in between each layer is required before applying next coat.
The ink must be thick enough to achieve a good bonding effect.
SELF DRY IS RECOMMENDED. KEEP PRINTED FABRIC FOR 24 HOURS OR OVER NIGHT, THEN GO FOR HEAT PRESS PROCESS..
After heat pressed, remove foil paper off the fabric while it cools down entirely.
Press parameter: 150-160℃ (302-320℉) x 15 seconds x 6 bar

Precautions:

Keep the screen in the flooded position while print stops. Or, go for screen wash during a temporary stop.
Pin holes might occur on print surface if print is not thick enough.
On application, sometimes there will be a situation where the foil will peel off outside the printed area, take an air gun or a brush to clean off the excess foil.
Containers must maintain air tight seal while not in use.
Screen must be prepared with water-resist emulsion to prevent stencil breakdown.

	Durometer: 60-70 Edge: Rounded or Sharp		80-120 t/in (31-47 t/cm)
