Details:

100% Polyurethane based resin is formulated into anti migration paste. It is an extremely strong bleed resistance ink and entirely prevents dyed problem polyester fabrics, or blended, from migrating on printed area.

Specialty:

Good elastic and great opacity.
Polyurethane Resin Formulation compatible to any PU base rubber and Solvent CPU Inks.
PVC, Phthalates, Formladehyde, APEO, Azo and Lead Free formulations.

Guidance:
Printing Process on PET Film

CPU Colors or WPU Inks x 2 times (Mesh: 61-79T)
Block Out GT-380x 2 times(Mesh: 39T)
WPU-64110(PU Clear)x 1 time(Mesh: 39T)
BP-5010(Back Up Glue)x 2 times(Mesh: 39T)

** Dry each layer before next print.
** Baking Parameter: 80℃ x 20 minutes

It is recommended to print two times, dry in between, to get permanent anti migration performance.
To meet superior wash, adding Add. Fixer W9600 2% by weight is necessary on Process 1 to 3. After mixing with Xlinker or other fixing agent, kindly consumes mixture inks within 4 hours to avoid spoiled.

Precautions:

Keep the screen in the flooded position while print stops. Or, go for screen wash during a temporary stop.
Modification of Block Out GT-380 is not recommended as any adjustment may lessen the bleed resistance ability.
During Production, heat application can be applied to speed up the process. Failure to cure ink at recommended time and temperature may result in poor wash fastness.
Screen must be prepared with water-resist emulsion to prevent stencil breakdown.
Any application not referred in this Product Information should be Pre-tested or consulted with Primus Technical Service Prior to Print.

Printing Parameters:

	100% Cotton/Poly Cotton/Athletic wear/Synthetic fabrics		Baking: 80℃(176℉) x 15-20 minutes Cure: 90℃(194℉) × 20-30 minutes
	Durometer: 65-75 Edge: Rounded or Sharp		CPU: 150-230t/in (61-90 t/cm) BP-5010: 100-135t/in (39-54t/cm)
	Add. Fixer W-9600 2-4% by weight.		18-40℃(65-90℉) Use within one year of receipt. Avoid exposing under direct sunlight. Keep drums sealed tight at all times.
